Help do the dishes and tidy up before relaxing in the marae wharenui, joining in some impromptu waiata and kapa haka before settling down.

For those who have pre-registered, the rangers will take you on an unforgettable 2 hour search for weta, tuna (eels), and glow worms. 

What you may see or hear during the tour varies depending on the weather, the abundance of forest food, whether it’s summer or winter, and more. As it’s wildlife, nothing is guaranteed, but the fun is in the searching!
