We are thrilled to announce the launch of registrations for our upcoming conference at Pūkaha National Wildlife Centre, taking place from Monday 21 to Wednesday 23 October 2024.

What's included: All registrations cover attendance at programme sessions, as well as all kai (meals) throughout the event—this includes breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, and dinner, as per the programme schedule.

• All payments are to be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Please indicate the event “ACEM MM Hui 2024”, the participant’s name, and the invoice number on all payments.
• Payment is due on receipt of the invoice. If payment is not provided on time, your registration may be cancelled.
• Full payment of all items is requested when registering (by credit card or by bank transfer).
• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer.
• Credit card payments will incur a processing fee.
• If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
• An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, and if it has not been received, please contact register.acem24@arinexgroup.com.

Cancellation policy

All delegate cancellations must be received in writing and sent to register.acem24@arinexgroup.com.

Transfer of Registration

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation. Registration transfers must be sent in writing to register.acem24@arinexgroup.com.
