Registration
- Cancellations before Friday 20 September 2024 will incur a NZD$99.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations from Friday 20 September 2024 to Monday 07 October 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations on or after Tuesday 08 October 2024 will receive no refund.
Accommodation
- Full payment is required at time of booking.
- Any cancellations including shorten stays made prior to 1 October 2024 will incur a cancellation fee equal to each room night that the room was booked.
Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into New Zealand
The Organiser and Host/s of the ACEM Manaaki Mana Kaikōkiri Hui 2024 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct herewhich all attendees are expected to comply with.
